About the job:
- We are seeking a talented Creative & Visual Content Manager to join our Brand & Innovation Team at Opella Deutschland. In this pivotal role, you will shape the visual identity of our consumer healthcare brands and drive creative excellence across all touchpoints. As part of Opella's mission to deliver trusted healthcare solutions that improve people's lives, you will translate brand strategies into compelling visual stories that resonate with consumers and strengthen brand equity.
Main responsibilities:
- Develop and execute innovative visual content aligned with brand objectives and business goals.
- Create and manage compelling content across digital, social, e-commerce, and print channels, leveraging generative AI where relevant.
- Oversee end-to-end content production and ensure timely delivery of high-quality assets.
- Collaborate with brand managers, cross-functional teams, and external agencies to deliver compliant and impactful campaigns.
- Maintain brand consistency and evolve visual identity guidelines.
- Monitor content performance, derive insights for optimization, and stay ahead of creative trends.
- Drive continuous innovation in visual storytelling for consumer healthcare.
About you:
- Experience: 8+ years of experience in art direction, motion design and video editing or similar content creation role (in-house, agency, or both). Experience in consumer healthcare, pharmaceutical, or FMCG industry preferred.
- Skills: Expert in Adobe Creative Suite and AI-driven asset creation, with strong design, content management, and social media optimization skills. Experienced in photography, videography, and post-production, supported by a portfolio showcasing creative excellence, innovation, and AI-assisted storytelling.
- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field.
- Languages: Excellent oral and written communication skills in German and English.
