For our Advanced Therapies Solutions (ATS) organization we are looking for a Program Management Office Coordinator NPI (x|f|m) to support Product Development projects. This position is based in Freiburg at Sartorius CellGenix GmbH. In this exciting role you will be responsible for supporting the Program Management of ATS to ensure efficient management, reporting and delivery of cutting-edge projects.

The team consists of five professionals and we are looking forward to shaping the future with you.

This position is available for either full-time. It is a hybrid role requiring some days on site in Freiburg with the opportunity to work some days remotely.

Your
Responsibilities

  • Ensure a seamless workflow from kick off to closure of project within internal portfolio management and finance systems
  • Own the Stage Gate Meeting process and support project leads prior, during and after meetings
  • Be the first point of contact for all involved parties regarding project related information and provide guidance on project management process and systems
  • Work with senior leadership to assign projects and communicate accordingly
  • Maintain project management and reporting tools as a key user for the business area
  • Ensure dashboards are up to date and of the right quality for regular senior level meetings and review
  • Participate to divisional PMO teamProvide reports on program to relevant stakeholders

  • Successfully completed Vocational Training
  • Profound experience in supporting in multiple projects, ideally in a matrix organization
  • Strong capabilities to manage conflicts and expectations during the project phases and ability to communicate across different hierarchical levels
  • Analytical thinking, effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • High proficiency in MS Office 365 applications and project management toolset
  • Willingness to international travelling (~20%)
  • Excellent English skills, German would be advantageous
