Senior Internal Auditor / Senior Revisor (m/w/d)

Kennziffer:

Die Aufgabe

  • Durchführung von weltweiten Revisionsaufträgen gemäß Auditplan (Prüfung, Beratung, Schulung)
  • Planung, Durchführung, Berichterstattung und Nachverfolgung von Auditprojekten
  • Durchführung von Datenanalysen (z.B mit IDEA - OTC/P2P) und Leitung zentraler Maßnahmenumsetzungsprojekte in der Zentralfunktionen
  • Prüfung und Bewertung der Effektivität des internen Kontrollsystems (IKS) sowie der Ordnungsmäßigkeit, Wirtschaftlichkeit und Effizienz von Geschäftsprozessen
  • Unterstützung bei der Implementierung von Best-Practice-Ansätzen zur Stärkung des internen Kontrollsystems und der Governance-Strukturen
  • Mitwirkung im Richtlinienmanagement, insbesondere bei der Prüfung von erstellten Richtlinien durch andere Fachbereiche
  • Gelegentliche Mitwirkung im Bereich Compliance, z. B. bei internen Untersuchungen
  • Gelegentliche Unterstützung im Bereich Risikomanagement, insbesondere bei der Durchführung von Risikointerviews
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Ad-hoc-Berichten sowie Jahres- und Quartalsberichten für den Vorstand im Bereich Governance

Das Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium in der Wirtschaftswissenschaft, Betriebswirtschaft oder einem technischen Studiengang (z.B Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Elektrotechnik, Verfahrenstechnik)
  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Internen Revision eines Industriekonzerns oder einer Wirtschaftsprüfungsgesellschaft
  • Weiterbildungen wie CIA oder CISA wünschenswert
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgeprägte datenanalytische Fähigkeiten
  • Hohe Affinität zu Prozessen und Zahlen sowie IT-Systemen (z. B. SAP, IDEA, MS Office)
  • Hohes Maß an Belastbarkeit, Selbstständigkeit und Eigeninitiative sowie die Bereitschaft zur kontinuierlichen Weiterbildung
  • Bereitschaft zu regelmäßigen Dienstreisen (weltweit) und interkulturelles Verständnis
  • Kommunikationsstärke, im Austausch mit allen Hierarchieebenen bis zur Vorstandsebene
