In this role you will manage our logistics platform and interact with our Sales and Customer Experience teams.What You'll DoLead end-to-end warehousing and logistics operations: inventory control, order fulfillment, import/export, transport management, and continuous performance optimizationOwn supplier management for 3PLs, airfreight forwarders, and carriers to meet SLAs, keep contracts in place, and maintain competitive pricingNegotiate freight contracts and service-level agreements to drive cost savings and improve delivery performanceDefine, track, and report core logistics KPIs (e.g., receiving efficiency, inventory accuracy, pick accuracy, lead time, turnover, over-/out-of-stock)Drive S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) alignment of demand and supply to improve on-time delivery, reduce aged inventory, and ensure timely replenishment through auditsMonitor order execution end-to-end: track status, coordinate shipping/delivery details, and ensure orders are completed as plannedEnsure transportation and trade compliance, including German customs export declarations, documentation, and import/export customs clearanceImprove systems and governance: optimize SAP and 3PL WMS (Warehouse Management System) for visibility and scalability, build compliance repositories/HS code worksheets, and support audits and VAT recovery with Finance while collaborating with Production/Sales/Trade OpsLogistical Support of internal events (Trade-Shows, Customer Events) and logistics and sourcing support of all functions at Medit Europe GmbHWhat You BringAffinity and capability to Logistics and Support in liaison with clients5+ years of logistics experience, ideally in an international roleProven ability to work independently with strong organizational skillsExceptional communication skillsFluent in both English and German (written and spoken)What We OfferA pivotal role in shaping Medit's EMEA strategy and growth trajectoryThe autonomy to drive logistics, innovate, and make an important impact on the marketThe chance to join a fast-growing, global company that's redefining digital dentistryBe part of a modern organization with streamlined workflows, no lengthy approvals, and welcoming colleagues who work together as one teamCompetitive compensation, benefits, and career growth opportunitiesWork Location:Frankfurt, Germany (On-Site/Hybrid)Selection Process:CV Screening > Interviews > OnboardingIn case you do not have a resume, you may download the MEDIT resume template below.Job ApplicationThe following position is screened on a rolling basis and may close once the position is filled.Any false information in the resume may lead to termination of the employment contract.Learn more about MEDIT:MEDIT Career PageMEDIT Official Youtube Channel
