Your tasks

• On-site support for schools and business customers
• Independent error analysis and the creation of incidents
• Installation/configuration of the IT infrastructure at the customer's site
• Carrying out administration and maintenance work
• Creating documentation and maintaining the knowledge database
• The training of IT contact persons (m/f/d)
• The further development of digital products for customers

Your profile

• You have IT-related vocational training or corresponding proven professional experience
• You are very familiar with the common PC operating systems in the MS Windows environment
• You have experience in supporting printers and other IT peripherals as well as in supporting networks
• Ideally, you have already worked with a ticket system
• You work independently as well as in a team and are willing to familiarize yourself with new topics
• You are characterized by a good technical understanding, a pronounced service and solution orientation as well as a structured and careful way of working
• You have a class B driving license
• Fluent written and spoken German is a prerequisite - English is an advantage
