Job Description

  1. Provide end-to-end on boarding and operational support to GGS clients in Germany, including training on platform tools, data analytics, and best practices;
  2. Analyze client performance metrics (traffic, conversion rates, ROI) and deliver actionable insights to improve store visibility and sales;
  3. Address client challenges via virtual meetings, tutorials, or on-site visits, covering product listings, marketing campaigns, and ad optimization.
  4. Build trust-based relationships through regular check-ins, feedback collection, and proactive issue resolution; Document success stories and industry trends in Italy, sharing insights to refine product and service offerings;
  5. Deliver commercial value via craft data-driven sales strategies to renew client

Position Requirement

  1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Marketing, or related fields;
  2. 2+ years in customer success, e-commerce support, SaaS, or digital marketing; prior , Amazon, or eBay experience preferred;
  3. Deep understanding of German/EU trade regulations, e-commerce ecosystems, and buyer behavior.
  4. Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken), Chinese is a plus
  5. Client-first mindset with a passion for driving business impact;
  6. Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment;
  7. Collaborative team player with cross-functional communication skills
