Um unser Sortiment strategisch zu entwickeln und unsere Marktposition nachhaltig zu stärken, suchen wir einen analytischen und marktorientierten Category Manager, der Sortimente kundenorientiert gestaltet, Trends aufgreift und Wachstumspotenziale gezielt ausschöpft.

Aufgaben
  • Verantwortung für die strategische und operative Steuerung der zugewiesenen Produktkategorien
  • Analyse von Markt-, Wettbewerbs- und Trenddaten zur Identifikation von Wachstumschancen und Sortimentsoptimierungen
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Category-Strategien zur Stärkung der Marke ipuro im Premium- und Lifestyle-Segment
  • Steuerung des gesamten Produktlebenszyklus – von der Einführung bis zur Auslistung
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Einkauf, Vertrieb, Marketing und Supply Chain, um optimale Markteinführungen und Verfügbarkeiten sicherzustellen
  • Preis- und Margengestaltung in Abstimmung mit Finance und Sales
  • Verantwortung für die Platzierungsstrategie im Wholesale- und Retail-Umfeld sowie Begleitung von Vermarktungskonzepten
  • Regelmäßiges Reporting zu Performance, Umsatzentwicklung und Profitabilität
Qualifikation
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Betriebswirtschaft, Marketing oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Category Management, Produktmanagement oder Sortimentsmanagement – idealerweise im Konsumgüter-, Home- oder Lifestyle-Segment
  • Ausgeprägte analytische Fähigkeiten gepaart mit einem guten Gespür für Marken, Trends und Konsumentenbedürfnisse
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Datenanalysen, KPIs und Tools zur Markt- und Wettbewerbsbeobachtung
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen, Genauigkeit sowie eine strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein für Datenqualität und deren Auswirkung auf Unternehmensprozesse
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit mit verschiedenen Fachbereichen
  • Erfahrung mit Premium- oder Luxusmarken ist von Vorteil
  • Leidenschaft für Duft, Design, Interior oder Lifestyle – du verstehst genau, was unsere Zielgruppe bewegt
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
