Your role
You will support leading Sunday Natural's Influencer Marketing strategy and constantly challenge the status quo to drive commercial growth for the business while appreciating the essential nature of influencer marketing. You will develop your own thoughts and ideas to improve our understanding of the impact of Influencer Marketing on the business, guiding our ambitious Influencer Marketing scaling plans across multiple social media channels, influencer engagement, and international markets.

  • Oversee a substantial growth of investment into the DACH influencer program while ensuring it drives appropriate commercial value for the business
  • Create and execute plans to activate influencers across multiple social media channels, such as Instagram, YouTube, TikTok
  • Follow a clear influencer strategy within a defined category, testing multiple campaigns and identifying high-performing creators who contribute to revenue growth
  • Evaluate influencer performance based on clear success metrics and revenue contribution
  • Optimize campaign learnings to scale what works to meet defined commercial targets
  • Spearhead the activation strategy of influencers beyond their own channels through content, partnerships, events, and other forms of communication

Your profile

  • Minimum of 1.5+ year working in this field, coupled with a deep passion for health and nutrients
  • Demonstrated success in driving commercial growth, preferably for a dtc e-commerce brand
  • You know the influencer landscape like the back of your own hand. Who the key influencers and how to get to them are is within your skillset
  • You need to be able to bring first hand experience and new impulses in all facets of influencer marketing and shape it from day one
  • Experience in managing and scaling an influencer program into 6 digit monthly spend
  • Ability to grasp and influence crucial KPIs per influencer, combined with strategic budget allocation and performance monitoring to optimize resource utilization and maximize ROI
  • Knowledge of the latest trends and how to apply them to Sunday
  • Very good German (C1-2) and good English skills, with Berlin as the permanent place of residence or willing to relocate
