Wir arbeiten unter anderem mit großen Paketdienstleistern und Distribution-Hubs zusammen und stellen einen sicheren, effizienten und gesetzeskonformen Transportablauf sicher.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Administrative Unterstützung in allen HR-Bereichen, einschließlich Rekrutierung, Onboarding, Schulungskoordination, Mitarbeiterdatenverwaltung und Offboarding.
  • Verwaltung von
    Arbeitszeiten, Schichten und Abwesenheiten
    .
  • Sicherstellung von
    Audit- und Compliance-Anforderungen
    gemäß internen und gesetzlichen Vorgaben
  • Regelmäßige Kontrolle und Aktualisierung von Fahrerunterlagen (Führerschein, Fahrerkarte, Qualifikationen)
  • Ansprechpartner*in für Mitarbeiter, Stationen und Management

Ihr Profil:

  • Berufserfahrung im Bereich
    HR / Personalabteilung
    , idealerweise in Transport, Logistik oder Dienstleistung
  • Deutsch B2
    erforderlich,
    Englisch
    Kommunikation ist auch wichtig
  • Weitere Sprachen wie sind ein Plus
  • Organisationsstark, genau, verantwortungsbewusst und kommunikativ
  • Bereitschaft zur sorgfältigen Dokumentation
    und Arbeit nach Compliance-Vorgaben
  • Nachweis Ihrer Berufserfahrung erforderlich
    (Arbeitszeugnisse, Zertifikate oder Referenzen)

About Us:

EuRide GmbH is a growing transport and logistics company focused on parcel and freight transport for national logistics networks. We work closely with major parcel service providers and distribution hubs to ensure safe, efficient, and legally compliant transport operations.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Administrative support across all HR areas, including recruitment, onboarding, training coordination, employee data management, and offboarding.
  • Managing working hours, shifts, and absences.
  • Ensuring audit and compliance requirements according to internal and legal regulations.
  • Regularly reviewing and updating driver documents (driver's license, driver card, qualifications).
  • Acting as a point of contact for employees, stations, and management.

Your Profile:

  • Experience in HR / personnel administration, ideally in transport, logistics, or service sectors.
  • German B2 required; English communication also important.
  • Additional languages are a plus.
  • Strong organizational skills, precise, responsible, and communicative.
  • Willingness to carefully document work and comply with compliance requirements.
  • Proof of previous work experience required (references, certificates, or employment records).
