Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung im 1st Level Support für unsere Mitarbeitenden
  • Installation und Konfiguration von Hard- und Softwarekomponenten
  • Analyse und Behebung von Störungen per Telefon, Remote oder vor Ort
  • Betreuung und Anpassung von Client-Systemen im Microsoft Server Umfeld
  • Verwaltung von Benutzerberechtigungen im Active Directory und in unseren Datensystemen

Dein Profil

  • Fortgeschrittenes Studium im Bereich IT oder einer vergleichbaren Fachrichtung
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Hardware (Client/Server), MS Office sowie Windows/macOS Betriebssystemen
  • Grundlegendes Verständnis von Netzwerktechnik, DNS/DHCP und Windows Server
  • Erste Erfahrung im Anwender-Support von Vorteil
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte und serviceorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
