About Us:

NUNAMI is a fast-growing B2B SaaS startup based in Hamburg. Our AI-powered software helps e-commerce brands increase revenue by turning abandoning visitors into customers. We're looking for a Working Student (Werkstudent) in Business Development to support our Go-To-Market activities and drive new business opportunities together with our revenue team.

What You'll Do:

  • Support and execute outbound sales campaigns (email, phone, LinkedIn)
  • Conduct market and lead research to identify new opportunities
  • Prepare prospect lists and materials for the AE
  • Organize and improve CRM workflows in HubSpot (data quality, enrichment, properties)
  • Assist with RevOps tasks such as reporting, list building and automation checks
  • Work on high-impact tasks that directly influence growth

What We're Looking For:

  • A structured, reliable, and proactive working style
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • A hands-on mindset with ownership and transparency
  • Comfortable reaching out to prospects and learning modern sales techniques
  • Motivated to learn outbound, sales, and GTM processes
  • Fluent in English and German
  • Enrolled as a student at a German university (3rd semester or higher)

It's a big plus if you have:

  • Made 100+ cold calls or run your own outreach campaigns
  • Worked with CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Pipedrive)
  • Experience working with Google Sheets or Excel for list building or reporting
