You will deliver value‑added global technical solutions across the end‑to‑end Global Supply Chain, from Leaf through Finished Goods warehousing. Position:As the Technology Excellence Manager in the Global Engineering Excellence Department, you will:Develop and maintain global engineering standards, integrating sustainability requirements (energy efficiency, CO₂ reduction, resource optimization, circularity)Support global standardization of technical solutions across equipment, infrastructure, and logisticsScout, evaluate, and support deployment of emerging sustainable engineering technologies and solutionsManage OEM and key vendor interfaces, supporting collaboration on sustainable solutions, troubleshooting, and continuous improvementEnsure safety, regulatory, and ESG compliance through defined standards and Feedback-to-Design processesAct as Subject Matter Expert for assigned technologies, supporting sites and functions to ensure business continuityManage and support global engineering projects using IWS Initiative Management and/or Agile methodologies, delivering against KPIsCoach and support engineers around the globe to strengthen sustainability awareness and technical capabilities across the organizationRequirements:STEM University Degree, with preference to Engineering.5+ years of project management experience in a manufacturing / engineering environmentProven experience in the implementation of sustainable technology solutions (machinery and/or manufacturing infrastructure)Experience with IWS or similar systems is an advantageFluency in EnglishStrong communication skills and the ability to deal with different audiencesExperience in Supplier Relationship ManagementExperience in MS Office; CAD (reading/drawing); SAP is an advantageAre you ready to join us?
