We are deltaVision GmbH. We develop, produce, and qualify fluid control systems for aerospace and space. In 2022, we founded the company to become a premium supplier of Fluid-Control sub-systems. In 2025 we lead this market in Europe. We feed our customers with innovative products, cost-effectiveness, and lead time that no traditional player has ever seen. With our knowledge on fluid-control for space systems we are shaping the space economy towards refuellable and re-usable spacecrafts.

Your mission
As a member of our development team in Munich/Germany, you will support the design of various space propulsion equipment through simulations. You will take full ownership of simulation setup, improvement and validation campaigns. Respective tasks span our portfolio that covers mechanical valves, solenoid valves, electronic pressure regulators, feed systems, motor-driven valves and more.

Your Role Will Include

  • Assist in the development of space propulsion equipment such as solenoid valves, regulation valves, and electric pumps.
  • Simulation lifecycle includes: Structural analysis using FEM software.
  • Simulation lifecycle includes: Fluid analysis using open-source computational fluid dynamics tools
  • Improving and optimizing the current simulation pipelines
  • Validation of simulation results through comparison with experimental data
  • Deployment of simulation and mechanical design tools using Git

Your profile

  • Enrolled student in a Master's or Bachelor's program in Computational Science and Engineering (CSE), Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline
  • Software development experience including deployment via Git
  • Good knowledge in a high-level scripting language, preferably Python
  • Some experience in a statically typed programming language, preferably C++
  • Basic Knowledge of numerical methods and their application in structure dynamics and fluid mechanics
  • Strong analytical and communication skills
  • Proactive, structured, and able to work independently and in a team
