Are you passionate about design and video content creation? Do you have an impressive design and video portfolio and extensive experience in creating visually appealing materials and content that comply with brand guidelines and promote engagement? Then you've come to the right place At ab in den urlaub, you will be part of our brand team and work closely with various teams in Marketing and beyond to develop assets that support our campaigns, strengthen our brand presence, and enhance our customer experience. • You will develop and design high-quality, creative visual assets for campaigns, promotions, and product launches for both print and digital media
• You will ensure that all designs comply with brand guidelines and appeal to target groups on various platforms
• You will work closely with various stakeholders to optimize designs in terms of objectives and target audience, refine them based on performance data, and optimize specific KPIs
• You will create and edit appealing video content, working with both existing video material and your own AI-generated content. You will use motion design, sound, and visual effects to achieve creative and effective results
• You will stay up to date on the latest design trends, design and AI tools, and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively contribute new ideas

Your profile

• You have at least 3 years of professional experience—preferably in the tourism industry or related industries
• You have in-depth knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design and are able to design for various platforms and formats (social media, digital ads, emails, print media, etc.)
• You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools as well as motion design tools (e.g., After Effects, Premiere Pro/Rush, Audition, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut Pro, Descript) 
• You already have extensive experience with image and video AI tools such as Midjourney, Veo, Runway, Nano Banana, etc., and are interested in keeping up to date with the latest developments.
• You are a creative thinker and contribute new ideas
• You have a keen eye for detail and strive to deliver high-quality work
• You have good communication and teamwork skills and can collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Ideally, you live in Leipzig or Germany
