We are looking for a Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) to join us and lead our global information security strategy at Endress+Hauser Group Services (Deutschland). Endress+Hauser Group Services is the corporate backbone of our global organization, providing strategic and operational support across all business units. Located in Weil am Rhein, Germany, we are committed to excellence, innovation, and sustainable growth.

As CISO, you will enable the business, lead cross-functional teams, and embed a strong security culture that supports sustainable growth and digital excellence. As part of our corporate function, you will report directly to the Executive Board and collaborate with stakeholders across the entire Endress+Hauser Group.

Which tasks will you perform?

You will:

• Strategically lead and continuously develop the information security strategy for the entire Endress+Hauser Group.
• Provide disciplinary and professional leadership to the Corporate Security Team.
• Guide IT, OT, and product security areas and evolve the security organization.
• Orchestrate and manage the group-wide Cyber Security Program (CSP).
• Define, implement, and monitor group-wide information security policies, standards, and control mechanisms.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines through regular audits and reviews.
• Manage third-party risks and conduct security assessments of external partners.
• Report on the status of information security to the Executive Board and recommend strategic measures.
• Promote a strong security culture through awareness campaigns and training initiatives across the Group.
• Lead crisis management efforts and build cyber resilience.
  Represent the company in external committees and to authorities on information security matters.

What do we expect from you?

You:

• Hold a university degree in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable field.
• Possess certifications such as CISM, CISSP, CRISC, or ISO27001 Lead Implementer/Auditor (preferred).
• Have several years of leadership experience in international companies with a cross-functional organizational structure.
• Demonstrate proven success in managing complex security projects and programs.
• Exhibit strong analytical skills and a structured, solution-oriented working style.
• Show resilience and diplomatic skills when dealing with internal and external stakeholders.
  Are fluent in German and English, both written and spoken.
