Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

• Teamwork is dreamwork: Contribute as a valued team member to a cross-functional group that drives our agile transformation end-to-end, supporting the design, coordination, and execution of transformation activities
• Take responsibility: Apply industry-standard agile and scaling frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) to real business scenarios and help tailor them to Infineon's specific organizational needs
• Reliable work: Translate process descriptions into actionable rules and workflows that can be implemented in our IT systems, ensuring clarity, consistency, and alignment across teams
• Keep the overview: Identify challenges and propose solution options, supporting data-driven decision-making to remove obstacles throughout the transformation journey
• Shape the future: Support planning, tracking, and coordination of key transformation activities to ensure timely and successful implementation
• Data is everything: Prepare concise, insightful progress reports and dashboards to keep senior management informed and aligned
• Convince with words: Create engaging and well-structured communication materials to help introduce and anchor new ways of working across the entire department

Your Profile
Qualifications And Skills To Help You Succeed

• Study field: Ongoing studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration with a major in IT, Organizational Development with amajor in IT, or a related field – with a strong interest in agile methods and transformation programs
• Skills: Proficiency with MS Office tools, especially PowerPoint and Excel; experience with MS Project is a plus
• Interests: Basic understanding of agile and scaling frameworks (e.g., Scrum, Kanban, SAFe) and basic understanding of IT requirements engineering
• Way of working: Structured and reliable work style that supports clear documentation, effective coordination, and efficient delivery
• Personality: Strong communication and analytical skills, paired with solid interpersonal abilities to work effectively with cross-functional, global teams
• Language skills: Fluent English language skills; basic German skills are a plus

Important information:

• Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
• Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
• You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
