Wir suchen freundliche und leidenschaftliche Menschen für die Stelle als Werkstudent mit 12 Stunden in der Woche für unsere Filiale in Metzingen. Diese unterstehen dem Filialleiter und sind dafür zuständig, unseren Kunden eine einzigartige, erstklassige Kundenerfahrung bereitzustellen und die Dr Martens-Marke authentisch zu repräsentieren, indem sie unsere Produkte vorstellen und sich dafür einsetzen, dass es auch wirklich jedem Kunden bei einem Besuch in unserem Laden von den Socken haut.

DEINE HAUPTAUFGABEN
  • Eine außergewöhnliche, unvergessliche Kundenbetreuung.
  • Dr. Martens-Produkte verkaufen und im Verkaufsraum ausstellen. Individuelle Verkaufsziele erreichen und insgesamt die Leistung der Filiale steigern.
  • Kassentransaktionen in Übereinstimmung mit den Arbeitsabläufen durchführen.
  • Sämtliche Arbeitsabläufe der Filiale erfüllen, z. B. Lieferung, Arbeitsbeginn und -ende registrieren, Inventuren, Warenbestand auffüllen usw.
  • Sämtliche Verfahren zu Gesundheit und Sicherheit einhalten, um eine gesunde, sichere und saubere Arbeitsumgebung sicherzustellen.
  • Sonstige angemessene Aufgaben, die vom Führungsteam der Filiale aufgetragen werden.
DEIN GRUNDVORAUSSETZUNGEN
  • Ähnliche Erfahrung im Einzelhandel oder im Servicebereich, idealerweise bei einer Mode-/Lifestyle-Marke
  • Erfolgsbilanz bei der Bereitstellung ausgezeichneter Kundenerfahrungen
  • Hervorragende Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, mit einem vielfältigen Kundenspektrum umzugehen
  • Ergebnisorientierte Einstellung und mit Stolz das Team beim Erreichen der Filialziele und Vorgaben unterstützen
  • Professionell und gleichzeitig authentisch und unerschrocken auftreten
