-Assly & Gauge fixtures, Welding fixtures- Spot, CO2, welding Line set up
Work with Design, Engineering, SSU, CDMM, Tier one and Toolmakers for optimum tool solution.
Support Sourcing to identify cost reduction opportunities in tooling cost negotiation
Set MHR for Tool Room machines, Raw Material & BOP lists
Develop STD estimation cost models for tools & generate data base
Support business requirements to Adhere time line requirements for the estimations

Automobile Farm Sector Education Qualification
BE Mechanical , Post Graduation in Tool Engieering
General Experience
8+ Years in Tool Room in Techno commercial field
Critical Experience
Knowledge of vehicle Sheet Metal Body part engineering, Process planning, Tools design and Manufacturing process
