Teamlead Propulsion

We are currently looking for a motivated
Teamlead Propulsion (m/f/d)
for our client in the Greater Stuttgart Area (Baden-Württemberg), to start as soon as possible.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and develop team members by setting goals, assigning tasks, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering professional growth.
• Provide technical expertise to solve complex engineering challenges and drive continuous improvement initiatives in the area of rocket propulsion technologies (combustible fuels)
• Own team roadmaps and ensure performance delivery across multiple teams, while maintaining high quality standards.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to define shared objectives and ensure alignment across departments.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree or higher in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Solid experience in a leadership role and/or managing engineering teams
• Successful delivery of complex engineering projects with experience in the field of rocket propulsion, launch systems or space systems (combustible fuels)
• Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
• Fluency in English, German is a plus
