Role Description

Our research laboratory utilizes in vitro (2D/3D) cell culture systems and mouse models to investigate the dynamics of stem cell transplantation and leukemia progression. This position is part of a project exploring the role of exosomes in triggering acute graft-versus-host disease (GvHD) and their prognostic potential for risk stratification.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting postdoctoral and doctoral researchers, contributing to experiments, optimizing protocols, and refining experimental procedures. Furthermore, they will be responsible for maintaining meticulous and well-organized laboratory records to ensure data integrity and reproducibility. The position also includes contributing to general laboratory operations and fostering a collaborative and structured research environment.

Qualifications

• Completed vocational training as a medical laboratory technician (MTA), biological laboratory technician (BTA), biology laboratory assistant, or in a related field.
• Interest in mouse experiments is advantageous.
• Experience with immunohistochemistry and fluorescence microscopy is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of molecular biological techniques and flow cytometry is advantageous.
• Practical experience with cell culture techniques is required.
• Organized, independent, and detail-oriented work style.
• Strong teamwork, social skills, and communication skills, as well as the ability to collaborate effectively.
• Good English skills are desirable.
