  • Du entwickelst dich Schritt für Schritt zum Profi für Software-Support, Kundenberatung und Onboarding.
  • Du lernst unsere Software von A bis Z kennen und wirst Teil unseres Onboarding- und Support-Teams.
  • Du unterstützt unsere Kund:innen aktiv bei ihrem Start mit Facelift – per E-Mail, Chat oder Video-Call.
  • Du führst eigenständig Produkt-Demos und Trainings durch – auch auf Englisch.
  • Du hilfst, Testphasen erfolgreich zu gestalten, Kund:innen zu aktivieren und ihr Potenzial mit Facelift voll auszuschöpfen.
  • Du richtest Kundenaccounts ein und passt diese individuell an – technische Neugier ist also willkommen
  • Außerdem bekommst du Einblicke in den Bereich Account Management und lernst, wie man Bestandskund:innen strategisch begleitet.


Damit passt du perfekt zu uns:
  • Du hast Lust auf digitales Arbeiten, Kommunikation und Kundenkontakt.
  • Du bist neugierig, motiviert und hast keine Scheu, Neues auszuprobieren.
  • Idealerweise hast Du erste Erfahrungen im (technischen) Kundenservice oder Training.
  • Du kannst Dich auf Deutsch und Englisch sehr gut ausdrücken – schriftlich und mündlich.
  • Du arbeitest gern im Team, bist zuverlässig, professionell und bringst eine gute Portion Humor mit.
  • Und ganz wichtig: Du willst wirklich verstehen, wie unsere Software funktioniert – um anderen dabei zu helfen.
