Summary of Job Duties:Duties include all aspects of rice breeding operation: operating farm equipment for field preparation, plant, and harvest; field management, irrigation, herbicide application, sample collection and harvesting; assisting in crossing and greenhouse researches; seed threshing, cleaning, inventory, and package for planting and shipment; and general maintenance of field equipment, laboratory and greenhouse.
Qualifications:

The formal education equivalent of a high school diploma, plus one year of experience in farming operations or a related field.
