Über den Bereich

Zur Verstärkung im Bereich ServiceNow Platform Management suchen wir ab sofort am Standort Ulm oder Taufkirchen eine/n Werkstudent (m/w/d) - ServiceNow Administrator / Implementer.

Der Bereich ServiceNow Platform Management ist verantwortlich für den Betrieb sowie die Weiterentwicklung der ServiceNow Landschaft im Unternehmen.

Deine Aufgaben

  • Unterstützung bei der Bearbeitung von Entwicklungs- / Implementierungsaufträgen in unterschiedlichen ServiceNow Modulen
  • Übernahme von Testaufgaben basierend auf klar definierten Acceptance Criteria
  • Zuarbeit bei der Analyse & Lösung von Störungen im 2ndL Support

Dein Profil

  • Studium der Informatik oder Wirtschaftsinformatik, idealerweise bereits mit Bachelor-Abschluss
  • Fundierte Erfahrungen in JavaScript oder vergleichbaren Skriptsprachen & Webtechnologien
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit relationalen Datenbanken (SQL)
  • Starke analytische Fähigkeiten und hohe Affinität für das "Denken in Prozessen"
  • Kommunikations- und Teamfähigkeit
  • Erfahrung in agiler Arbeitsweise (SCRUM)
  • Fließende Deutsch-, sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
