Your role
  • Der strategische Aufbau und die Koordinierung des Vertriebsteams sowie deren Abläufe
  • Neuausrichtung einer Vertriebsstrategie unter Berücksichtigung des Produktportfolios
  • Von der Kundenakquise bis hin zur Nachbereitung unterstützen Sie unser Vertriebsteam
  • Sie sind der Knotenpunkt zwischen den Vertriebsmitarbeitenden im Außendienst und dem Produkt- und Projektmanagement
  • Beobachtung und Analyse des Marktes sowie Ableitung von Potenzialen für die Weiterentwicklung des Vertriebsteams.
  • Repräsentation des Unternehmens auf Messen, Kongressen und anderen Branchenveranstaltungen
  • Erstellen von Umsatzstatistiken
  • Vorbereitung von verkaufsunterstützenden Materialien zu Produkten/Dienstleistungen
Your profile
  • Sie haben Vertriebs- bzw. Verkaufserfahrung
  • Sie sind Kommunikations- und Motivationsfähig 
  • Sie können Verantwortung übernehmen 
  • Sie besitzen analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine rasche Auffassungsgabe
  • Zusammenhänge verstehen und diese vermitteln bereitet Ihnen Freude 
  • Sie interessieren sich für Technik und Softwarelösungen 
  • Sie sind bereit zu regelmäßigen Reisen
