Technical Teamlead/ Technischer Teamleiter

What you will do

• Ensuring electrotechnical occupational health and safety with assumption of duties
• Supervision and deployment planning of electrical engineering technical supporters
• Small electrical installations in the production of sockets, lights, network sockets and simple installations (independent installation and coordination of external companies)
• Carry out tests in accordance with DGUV V3 / BetrSichV (portable devices in offices, clean room and gray room - no fixed installations)
• Carrying out ESD installation and measurement in the cleanroom, chairs and transport trolleys
• Carrying out performance measurements on production systems
• Electrical engineering activities in the area of safety systems (e.g. ETA, BIONICS, leakage and their sensors) and factory infrastructure systems (e.g. FFUs)
• Supporting the factory departments in obtaining and checking electrotechnical offers for the FAB infrastructure
• Evaluation and documentation of the work carried out
• Interface to other FAB areas

What you will need

• Completed vocational training in the field of electronics / operating technology or comparable
• State-certified technician or master craftsman training
• Experience in managing employees and in occupational health and safety
• Sound knowledge of the relevant VDE DIN 0100 standards
• Experience in the technical and organizational work environment of a factory
• Manual dexterity
• Ability to work independently
• Organizational talent
• High service orientation, communication skills and reliability
• Ability to work in a team
• Enjoy measurements and documentation
• IT skills (Excel, Outlook, SAP)
• Fluent German and good English skills

Ihre Hauptaufgaben

• Sicherstellung des elektrotechnischen Arbeitsschutzes mit Pflichtenübernahme

• Aufsicht und Einsatzplanung der Technischen Supporter Elektrotechnik

• Elektrotechnische Kleininstallation in der Produktion von Steckdosen, Leuchten, Netzwerkdosen und einfacher Installation (selbstständige Installation sowie Koordination von Fremdfirmen)

• Prüfungen nach DGUV V3 / BetrSichV durchführen (ortsveränderliche Geräte in Büros, Reinraum und Grauraum – keine ortsfesten Anlagen)

• Durchführung der ESD-Installation und Messung im Reinraum, Stühle und Transportwagen

• Durchführung von Leistungsmessungen an Produktionsanlagen

• Elektrotechnische Tätigkeiten im Bereich der Sicherheitssysteme (z.B. ETA, BIONICS, Leckage und deren Sensoren) und Fabrik-Infrastrukturanlagen (z.B. FFUs)

• Unterstützung der Fabrik Bereiche bei der Einholung und Prüfung von elektrotechnischen Angeboten zur FAB-Infrastruktur

• Auswertung und Dokumentation der durchgeführten Arbeiten

• Schnittstelle zu anderen FAB-Bereichen

Ihr Profil

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung Fachrichtung Elektroniker / Betriebstechnik oder vergleichbare

• Staatlich geprüfter Techniker oder Meisterausbildung

• Erfahrung im Führen von Mitarbeitern und im Arbeitsschutz

• Fundierte Kenntnisse der relevanten Normen der VDE DIN 0100

• Erfahrung im technisch organisatorischen Arbeitsumfeld einer Fabrik

• Handwerkliche Geschicklichkeit

• Selbstständige Arbeitsweise

• Organisationstalent

• Hohe Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsfähigkeit und Zuverlässigkeit

• Teamfähigkeit

• Freude an Messungen und Dokumentation

• EDV Kenntnsisse (Excel, Outlook, SAP )
