Als Senior Project Manager im PMO steuerst Du komplexe Kundenprojekte über den gesamten Projektlebenszyklus. Du agierst als zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Kunde, Entwicklung und Sales und stellst eine strukturierte, wirtschaftliche und prozesskonforme Projektabwicklung sicher.

Deine Aufgaben
  • End-to-End-Verantwortung für Kundenprojekte von der Angebotsphase und Machbarkeitsanalyse bis zum Projektabschluss
  • Definition des Projektumfangs gemeinsam mit dem Kunden sowie Erstellung von WBS, Projektplan, Release- und Ressourcenplanung
  • Aufwandsschätzung und Projektkalkulation in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Angebotsteam und Sales
  • Führung und Steuerung interdisziplinärer Projektteams inklusive klarer Zuordnung von Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Aktives Risiko- und Änderungsmanagement inkl. Bewertung von Zusatzanforderungen sowie Eskalationsmanagement
  • Wirtschaftliche Projektsteuerung und Projektberichterstattung (Stundenfreigaben, Kostenanalysen, Projekt-Rekalkulation) an Management und Kunden
  • Initiierung und Durchführung von Projektfreigaben sowie Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Projektmanagement-Prozessen und Qualitätsanforderungen, inkl. Übergabe von Folgeprojekten an Key Account Management und Sales
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Elektrotechnik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit entsprechender Praxiserfahrung
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Führung komplexer Entwicklungs- und Kundenprojekte
  • Ausgeprägte Methodenkompetenz im klassischen und agilen Projektmanagement
  • Starke Kommunikations- und Steuerungskompetenz auf allen Ebenen, inklusive Erfahrung in der Führung virtueller Teams
  • Fähigkeit, technische Zusammenhänge schnell zu erfassen und in belastbare Entscheidungen zu übersetzen
  • Hohe Ergebnisorientierung, Entscheidungsstärke und souveräner Umgang mit Eskalationen
  • Deutsch und Englisch sicher in Wort und Schrift
