We leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI to uncover insights that shape strategic decisions and drive business transformation globally.

We are seeking a (Senior) Manager, Data Science & AI to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will:

• Collaborate with the commercial and IT leadership team to shape the International AI roadmap.

• Design, deliver, and scale innovative global AI capabilities.

• Drive AI fluency across anchor markets (primarily EU).

• Lead the execution and interpretation of AI/ML models, framing problems and shaping solutions.

• Communicate complex data-driven insights in clear, compelling ways to diverse stakeholders.

This is a high-impact, consulting-style role requiring strong collaboration skills and the ability to influence across a fast-paced international commercial organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver advanced analytical models, predictive algorithms, and AI-powered tools to support commercial strategies.

• Engage in end-to-end delivery of data science insights—from framing business questions to actionable recommendations.

• Translate technical concepts into digestible insights for non-technical stakeholders.

• Continuously enhance data science capabilities and drive AI adoption.

• Collaborate cross-functionally with analytics, market research, and digital teams to ensure seamless integration of insights into strategic initiatives.

• Education: university degree with several years of experience in data science, AI, or related fields.

• Technical Expertise: Machine learning (Azure, AWS, DataIku), Python, Scala, SQL/NoSQL, visualization tools (Tableau, Dash), and experience with large-scale data systems (Snowflake, Databricks).

• Industry Experience: Pharmaceutical or healthcare preferred.

• Soft Skills: Strong communicator, collaborative mindset, strategic thinker, and proactive self-starter.
