Deine Aufgaben

  • Primärer technischer Ansprechpartner für Kundenprojekte und enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertriebs- und Account-Teams zur Unterstützung von Pre-Sales-Aktivitäten (Kundenbesprechungen, Pitches, RFIs/RFPs, technische Deep Dives)

  • Analyse der geschäftlichen Herausforderungen der Kunden, um Cloud-Lösungen zu entwickeln, die messbare Ergebnisse liefern

  • Effektive Kommunikation des Portfolios technischer Lösungen und strategische Beratung, welche Angebote am besten zu den Geschäftszielen der Kunden passen

  • Planung und Entwurf von Cloud-Architekturen auf Basis von AWS, Azure, GCP oder SAP BTP in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Kunden

  • Beratung zu Cloud-nativen Technologien, Containerisierung, Serverless, DevOps, CI/CD und Best Practices für Sicherheit

  • Bewertung und Empfehlung von KI-Tools und -Technologien zur Lösung spezifischer geschäftlicher Herausforderungen

  • Zusammenarbeit mit internen Bereitstellungsteams, um reibungslose technische Übergaben und architektonische Kontinuität sicherzustellen

  • Funktion als vertrauenswürdiger technischer Berater während des gesamten Projekts, Beseitigung technischer Hindernisse und Förderung von Abstimmung und Transparenz zwischen Lieferteam und Kunden

  • Beitrag zur Vordenkerrolle durch Blogs, Whitepaper oder Konferenzvorträge

Dein Profil

  • Technischer Experte für Cloud-Architekturen, Proof-of-Concepts und moderne Softwareentwicklung

  • Erfahrung mit mindestens einer großen Cloud-Plattform (AWS, Azure, GCP); Zertifizierungen von Vorteil

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in Cloud-Architekturen, Microservices, APIs, Netzwerken, Identitäts-/Zugriffsmanagement, Sicherheit und KI-Lösungen

  • Praktische Programmiererfahrung in Python, Java, JavaScript, Go oder vergleichbaren Sprachen

  • Erfahrung mit Cloud-nativen und hybriden Lösungen für mittelständische bis große Unternehmen

  • Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Lösungen sowohl technischen als auch nicht-technischen Stakeholdern (inkl. C-Level) verständlich zu vermitteln

  • Problemlösungsstark, selbstständig und vertraut mit Verkaufszyklen und Geschäftsentwicklung

  • Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatik, IT, Ingenieurwesen oder gleichwertige Erfahrung; mindestens 10 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung

  • Bereitschaft und Freude, gelegentliche Reisen nach Südafrika wahrzunehmen
