Justhome entwickelt eine intelligente Plattform, die genau hier ansetzt: Wir gestalten die Schnittstelle zwischen allen Beteiligten der Baufinanzierung neu – mit datengetriebener Entscheidungsunterstützung, intelligenter Automatisierung und einem digitalen Nutzererlebnis, das Maßstäbe setzt.

Unsere Lösung ist bereits live: Über 150 Maklerunternehmen und tausende Kaufinteressenten nutzen unsere Plattform aktiv, um die beste Finanzierungsoption zu finden, Prozesse zu beschleunigen und komplexe Entscheidungen einfacher zu machen.

Um unsere AI-Initiativen weiter auszubauen und unsere Plattform skalierbar weiterzuentwickeln, suchen wir eine:n erfahrene:n Full-Stack Developer, der:die unser bestehendes Engineering-Team verstärkt.

Aufgaben
  • Du entwickelst unsere Plattform über den gesamten Stack – von unserem Kundenfrontend, über unser ML-gestütztes Scoring bis zum AI-powered Dokumentenmanagement
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Product, Design und Sales, um das Erlebnis für Makler:innen, Kund:innen und Finanzierungsberater:innen zu verbessern – und bringst aktiv eigene Ideen ein
  • Du gestaltest unsere technische Architektur mit – skalierbar, robust und zukunftssicher
Qualifikation
  • 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung in der professionellen Softwareentwicklung (iderlerweise bereits Full-Stack)
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in React (Frontend), Go (Backend) und MongoDB (Datenbank)
  • Erfahrung mit Microservice-Architekturen und modernen Cloud-Umgebungen (AWS, Azure oder GCP)
  • Großes Interesse – oder erste praktische Erfahrung – im Bereich AI-Tools, LLMs oder Machine Learning APIs
  • Du magst es, skalierbare Lösungen in der Tiefe zu entwickeln, bist aber auch für schnelle Iterationen und MVPs mit Low-Code Tools zu begeistern
  • Fließende Deutschkenntnisse, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse
