WHAT YOU DO

Du übernimmst die Leitung sowie Organisation unseres Facility & Housekeeping Teams am Standort Stuttgart sowie die Koordination externer Dienstleister für Wartungs-, Instandhaltungs- und Reparaturarbeiten unserer Gebäude

Du bist die zentrale Ansprechperson für alle Gäste und empfängst Kund:innen, externe Partner:innen sowie Kandidat:innen mit deinem freundlichen Auftreten

Du betreust unseren Fuhrpark aus Poolcars und unterstützt unseren indirekten Einkauf sowie im Bereich Office Management

Mit deiner proaktiven Art unterstützt du Teams wie die Personalabteilung (LIGAfly) oder Corporate Communications bei Veranstaltungen



WHO YOU ARE

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in einem technischen oder wirtschaftlichen Bereich

Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Facility Management und im professionellen Umgang mit externen Partner:innen und Dienstleister:innen - idealerweise hast du erste Erfahrungen in einer leitenden Position

Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Serviceverständnis, hohe Eigeninitiative und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise

Du hast ein gutes Verständnis für gebäudetechnische Anlagen sowie ein ausgeprägtes räumliches Vorstellungsvermögen und Kostenbewusstsein

Du arbeitest hands-on, kommunizierst souverän auf Deutsch und Englisch und beherrschst MS Office
