Your mission

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Administrative Junior Specialist (m/w/d) to join our team. This role will provide crucial support to our Quality and Certification Assurance Team, handling a variety of organizational tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, possess excellent task completion ability with an accuracy in detail, and demonstrates a strong sense of responsibility and discretion. This position is limited to a 1-year contract.
  • Data management  
  • The First control of the data collection process
  • Regular report to supervisor on team ongoing tasks
  • Manage data input and output within the company system
  • Supporting a System Documents Control with Key components

  • Scheduling & Supporting
  • Support the scheduling while coordinating with all relevant stakeholders
  • Support business trip arrangements or visitors

  • Payment & Expense Management
  • Monitor and Support on payment processes
  • Apply and check the expense plans and settlements
  • Control and monitor the supplier performance
  • Reporting a monthly budget overview 


Your profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or equivalent qualifications.
  • 1–3 years of experience in management or administrative roles.
  • Fluency in German and English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to complete tasks with accuracy.
  • Resilience to stress from repetitive tasks.
  • Experience demonstrating time management skills and dedication.
  • High sense of responsibility, professionalism, and confidentiality.
