Sales Assistants
to join their boutique team.
Location: Frankfurt, Germany
As a key member of the store, you will represent the elegance, heritage, and values of the brand while providing personalised service to every client. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves jewellery retail and is looking to grow in a refined and inspiring environment.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist customers with warmth, professionalism, and expert product knowledge.
- Provide personalised styling and gifting advice, ensuring each client receives a memorable luxury experience
- Support daily store operations, including stock management, packaging, and visual merchandising.
- Maintain the boutique's high standards of presentation, care, and organisation.
- Contribute to achieving sales targets through proactive client engagement and follow-up.
- Build long-term relationships with clients through CRM activities and clientele.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in retail, hospitality, or customer-facing roles—luxury experience is a plus but not essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a natural, elegant approach to client service.
- Passion for jewellery, fashion, and craftsmanship.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Professional appearance and a high sense of responsibility.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak periods.
