We're currently looking for a
Social Media Manager
(all genders) to join our team in
Munich
. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for digital culture, content creation, and community engagement — someone who's eager to drive our brand voice and visibility across social platforms.

What you can expect at lehof:

  • Independent planning, creation, and publishing of content across the social media channels of our international clients (e.g. Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok)
  • Development of creative social media strategies and editorial plans in collaboration with strategy and creative teams
  • Community management: Active engagement with our audience, moderating interactions, and building a strong digital community
  • Monitoring trends, formats, and platform developments – you're always ahead of what's next
  • Content performance analysis: Creating reports, tracking KPIs, and optimizing content based on results
  • Close collaboration with our creative team (copy, design, video) as well as account management, strategy, and PR
  • Co-development of storytelling concepts, campaigns, and brand experiences across digital channels

What we are looking for:

  • A degree in Communications, Media, Marketing or a comparable qualification
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in social media – ideally in an agency, startup, or creative environment
  • A strong eye for content, digital trends, and social storytelling
  • Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Hootsuite, Later, etc.
  • A mix of creative thinking and structured execution – you bring both vision and organization
  • Experience with formats such as Reels, Stories, Captions, Memes, or UGC
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both German and English
  • Ideally, experience with paid social, influencer marketing, or digital campaigning
