  • Anlage im ERP-System SAP
  • Anlage Ordnerstruktur
  • Erstellung von Angebot und Margenkalkulation unter Verwendung unserer Templates
  • Weitere Bearbeitung von Angebotsversionen in Absprache mit involvierten Kolleg*innen

CRM-Pflege (Sales Force)

  • Anlage und Pflege von Leads- und Kundendaten
  • Anlage und Aktualisierungen von Opportunities analog zu Angeboten
  • Zufriedenheitsumfrage nach Auftragseingang (teilautomatisierter Prozess)

IDB - Projektdatenbank

  • Suchergebnisse prüfen, filtern, zuordnen

Support QM-Prozess für den Bereich Sales

  • Prüfung und Anpassung QM-Dokumente
  • Aktualisierung und Erstellung Templates und Bausteine

Planung & Organisation Team Meetings

  • Terminplanung in Outlook
  • Agenda nach Absprache erstellen
  • Abendevents planen
  • Protokoll führen

Dein Profil

  • Laufendes Studium im Bereich BWL, Marketing, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder Wirtschaftsingenieurswesen
  • Gute IT-Kenntnisse (MS Office)
  • SalesForce und SAP-Kenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Fließende Deutsch-Kenntnisse sowie sehr gute Englisch-Kenntnisse
  • Sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Organisationstalent
