Your Role in Our Transformation

As a Senior SAP CO/PS Consultant, you will play a strategic role in our global SAP S/4HANA rollout. You will not only implement solutions but also define governance standards, lead international teams, and drive harmonization of financial and project processes across regions. Your expertise will ensure that our ERP template delivers maximum value and scalability.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the CO/PS workstream within the global SAP S/4HANA rollout, ensuring alignment with corporate strategy.
  • Define global governance and standards for Controlling and Project Systems processes.
  • Act as strategic advisor to Finance leadership on controlling and project accounting topics.
  • Manage and coordinate external consultants and internal stakeholders across multiple countries.
  • Oversee budget planning and resource allocation for your functional area.
  • Ensure harmonization of reporting architecture in collaboration with BI and Landscape Architects.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives post-implementation to optimize processes globally.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • University degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in SAP CO and PS, including international transformation projects.
  • Proven track record in strategic template design and governance within SAP S/4HANA programs.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in project or workstream management.
  • Deep understanding of controlling processes, project accounting, and global harmonization.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills at executive level.
  • Fluent English; German is a plus.
