What You Bring

  • Fluent in English and German (written and spoken)
  • Degree in Business Administration or equivalent qualification (e.g., commercial training plus management assistant certificate)
  • Proven experience as an assistant, ideally at executive level
  • Proficient in MS Office, with strong PowerPoint skills
  • Structured, flexible, and proactive working style with a positive attitude
