Job Description
Your Key Responsibilities:
Your Responsibilities Include, But Not Limited To

• Evaluation of new laboratory and process equipment/software. Detailed knowledge of the functioning and qualification of the instruments in the defined area of responsibility
• Self independent creation/ review of qualification documents based on the corresponding SOP's acting as equipment manager or system owner, respectively
• Coordinate and perform routine calibration and maintenance of the SDC-AD equipment pool including activities in the respective systems in a timely manner
• Coordinate assigned activities with internal and/or external partners.
• Present assigned equipment during inspections.
• Proactively communicate key issues and any other critical topic of assigned tasks in a timely manner to responsible functions. Ensure that issues are resolved in a timely fashion.
• Independently prepares and processes assigned task in quality systems
• Proactively support automation and digitalization projects with in SDC DERU
• Keep knowledge up to date with regards to guidelines and regulatory as well as technical trends. Contribute to evaluation, development and implementation of new technologies.
• Work in accordance to SOP's, GMP regulations and HSE requirements.
• Training of new coworkers, temporary employees, as well as trainees and junior team members

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor of Engineering or multiple years experience in pharmaceutical equipment qualification
• Fluency in Englisch and German
• Thorough understanding of quality standards and policies
• Profound experience in Equipment qualification of process and/or laboratory equipment
• Knowledge in GMP and pharmaceutical regulatory guidelines
• Knowledge in GMP analytical equipment qualification incl. CSV
