Your ideal profile:
- University Degree or equivalent in Economic, finance, or Accounting
- Proven work experience as an Operations Analyst in manufacturing company or similar role ( min 3-5 years)
- Fast learner and ability to also work independently
- Ability to cope with tight deadlines , proactive, organized and results oriented strong continuous improvement mindset focused on generating information and recommendations, not just data
- Culturally sensitive and comfortable to work in a fast-paced, international matrix organization
- Proactive, hardworking, good communication, execution, detail-oriented
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office required with advanced Excel skills , Power BI would be an advantage
- Must be proficient in the English language. German would be an advantage
Your main tasks:
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with Regional and Plant Controllers to ensure effective collaboration across the region.
- Drive centralization and standardization of reporting processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
- Consolidate monthly financial results and rolling forecasts with a focus on P&L, Capex, and operational KPIs.
- Deliver timely and accurate ad-hoc financial reports and analyses at Region level
- Support on-demand requests from plants and actively contribute to special projects, including providing backup support for plant teams and stepping into plant-related activities when required
- Identify and implement opportunities to optimize and streamline reporting workflows.
- Manage and oversee non-plant financials for the region, including acting as the primary business partner for Outbound Freight
- Support any internal audit requirements related if needed
