Im Auftrag unseres Kunden suchen wirab dem Unterstützung im Bereich Application Services.Einsatzort: Überwiegend Remote (gelegentliche Einsätze vor Ort in Ettlingen möglich).Zeitraum: – Auslastung: ca Stunden (Vollzeit-Kontingent).Wichtiger Hinweis: Bitte geben Sie bei der Abgabe Ihres Angebots zwingend sowohl einen Vor-Ort-Stundensatz als auch einen Remote-Stundensatz an.ProjektbeschreibungDer Fokus liegt auf der Analyse und Bearbeitung von Service Requests sowie der Umsetzung von Changes im S/4HANA Umfeld:Service & Change Management: Bearbeitung von Service Requests und Umsetzung von Standard Changes (z. B. Anlage von Einkäufergruppen/Disponenten, Anpassung der Release-Strategie bei Bestellungen).Projektunterstützung: Analyse, Koordination und Umsetzung von Changes mit einem Aufwand < 15 Tagen (z. B. technische Einführung von QM-Prozessen analog zum Template).- Anforderungsmanagement: Klärung von Requirements für massenhafte Materialentnahmen und Betreuung der Umsetzung in Zusammenarbeit mit dem internen Entwicklungsteam.Support: Durchführung von 2nd und 3rd Level Support sowie detaillierte Fehleranalyse.Lösungsberatung: Aufzeigen von Lösungswegen bei generellen Business-Anfragen und Koordination von Programmanpassungen.SkillsFür diese Rolle suchen wir einen Experten aufSenior-Levelmit folgendem Profil:Fachwissen MM: Fundierte Kenntnisse im Bereich SAP MM (Materialwirtschaft), insbesondere in der Release-Strategie und Cross-Company-Prozessen.Fachwissen WM/Logistik: Langjährige Erfahrung im WM-Umfeld sowie im Umgang mit 3PL (Third Party Logistics).S/4HANA Know-how: Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in SAP S/4HANA, idealerweise inklusive CDS Views und Virtual Data Models (VDM).Methodik: Ausgeprägte Fähigkeit zur eigenständigen Fehlerursachenanalyse und Problemlösung.Sprachkenntnisse: Fließende Deutschkenntnisse und verhandlungssicheres Englisch (Business Fluent).
