Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Exterior Designer located in Munich. The Senior Exterior Designer will be responsible for creating and developing innovative exterior designs for automotive projects. Key day-to-day tasks will include concept generation, sketching, 3D modeling, refining design solutions, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams such as engineering and aerodynamics. The designer will also contribute to design reviews and ensure the final output aligns with client specifications and brand identity.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in 3D modeling tools such as CATIA, Alias, ICEM, or NX
  • Strong skills in sketching, concept generation, and creative problem-solving
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams including engineering, aerodynamics, and project management
  • Understanding of vehicle design principles, materials, and manufacturing processes
  • Ability to deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; knowledge of German is an advantage
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Automotive Design, Industrial Design, or a related field
