About the roleWe are seeking a Transfer Pricing expert to provide Transfer Pricing Consulting services for a one-off-project. You will work closely with our Director of Finance and Legal to develop transfer pricing policies and procedures.
What you will do:- Provide guidance to management on transfer pricing implications of business transactions.
- Work closely with the Director, Finance and Legal to develop transfer pricing policies and procedures.
- Analyze intercompany transactions to help develop appropriate transfer pricing methodologies.
- Prepare comprehensive transfer pricing documentation and reports.
- Conduct transfer pricing risk assessments and benchmarking studies.
- Share insights on changes in global transfer pricing regulations and guidelines.
- Support tax audits and respond to tax authority inquiries.
- Experience creating transfer pricing contracts and supporting documentation for the Finanzamt.
