Your tasks

Working Student
in Academy&Events Team at the ISCC head office in Cologne. Here,

• You will support the team in preparing our ISCC Academy training courses & webinars as well as ISCC Events
• You will support internal processes, designs & the drafting of (event-)marketing materials
• You will give us a hand digitalising our training courses and webinars and integrate content to designated platforms
• You will take over own small projects within the team (internal events or other)
• You will help to research, develop and update documents and presentations
• You will be in close contact with our international participants and business partners to answer questions about the different event formats we offer and assist with the registration process
• You will help with general office tasks such as correspondence, database maintenance etc. to follow up on the events and gather feedback

Your profile

• Enrolled student in the area of event management, marketing, economics, business administration, sustainability, environmental management or similar with an availability of
  16–20 hours for
  at least one year
  (preferably longer)
• Excellent communication skills in (German, not mandatory) and English (at least C1 both written and spoken). Additional languages will be of advantage.
• High proficiency in MS Office on Mac
• Affinity to IT processes and platforms as well as Social Media
• A high degree of initiative and proactive communication with your team and other colleagues
• A service-oriented,
  proactive
  and supportive attitude
• Excellent time management and self-organisation
• An approachable and reliable team player
