Tasks
  • Bring reporting to the next level by not only preparing figures but also enhancing clarity, transparency, and understanding for stakeholders;
  • Work on periodic financial reports by maintaining accurate data and interpreting it to highlight key trends, risks, and opportunities;
  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements in compliance with official guidelines internal quality standards, ensuring both accuracy and meaningful explanations;
  • Support with the monthly and yearly closing, helping transform raw numbers into insights that drive improvements;
  • Participate in ongoing financial projects, bringing a perspective that goes beyond data collection to analytical problem-solving;
  • Analyse information to help make informed decisions, identify deviations from plans or expectations, and articulate the reasoning behind changes.

What we expect

As a Junior Financial Controlling, you are expected have:

  • A degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting or Economics;
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles;
  • You have gained a bit of experience in the field;
  • Advanced computer skills in MS Office, particularly Excel;
  • Experiences with Lucanet, Power BI or Sage is a plus;
  • Fluent in written and spoken English.
