Bei Fiserv sorgt ein erfolgreicher Manager für EMEA Compliance für die Einhaltung der regulatorischen Anforderungen im Finanzdienstleistungssektor der EMEA-Region. Indem Sie sich an unserer Mission orientieren, Kunden bei der Navigation in der sich schnell entwickelnden Fintech-Landschaft zu unterstützen, treiben Sie die Exzellenz in Sachen Compliance voran und fördern eine Kultur der Integrität innerhalb der Organisation.

Was Sie tun werden:

  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von Compliance-Strategien und -Programmen, die auf die EMEA-Region zugeschnitten sind.

  • Überwachung und Interpretation von regulatorischen Änderungen und deren Auswirkungen auf Geschäftsoperationen.

  • Durchführung von Risikobewertungen und Erstellung von Empfehlungen zur Minderung von Compliance-Risiken.

  • Zusammenarbeit mit bereichsübergreifenden Teams, um die Einhaltung aller Facetten der Geschäftsoperationen zu gewährleisten.

  • Überwachung von Audits und Inspektionen sowie die Pflege einer genauen Compliance-Dokumentation.

  • Schulung und Beratung von Mitarbeitern zu Compliance-Themen.

Was Sie haben müssen:

  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der Vorschriften und Gesetze im Finanzdienstleistungssektor der EMEA-Region.

  • Nachgewiesene Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Implementierung von Compliance-Strategien.

  • Hervorragende analytische Fähigkeiten zur Interpretation komplexer Vorschriften.

  • Effektive Kommunikations- und Führungsfähigkeiten.

  • Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit über verschiedene Geschäftsbereiche hinweg.

Was ideal wäre:

  • Erfahrungen in einer Compliance-Rolle innerhalb der Fintech- oder Finanzdienstleistungsindustrie.

  • Berufszertifikate im Bereich Compliance oder verwandten Gebieten.

  • Vertrautheit mit Regulierungsbehörden und deren Prozessen innerhalb der EMEA-Region.

  • Mehrsprachige Fähigkeiten, insbesondere Deutsch.
