To ensure all working areas are clean and all equipment and other amenities are always ready to use according to the management standard. Very high attention to detail
To maintain complete knowledge of all hotel features, facilities, and services. Sensitive to cultural nuances
To maintain complete knowledge and comply with all hotel and departmental policies and procedures
To ensure that all guest inquiries and complaints, whether in person, on the telephone, or via email, are dealt with in a friendly and professional manner, always ensuring guest satisfaction. Where appropriate ensure that comments and complaints are reported to management.
To adhere to all recognized LQA Standards as well as Seva and brand promises.
Flexible with rotating roster including public holidays, weekends, and overnight shift.
To perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by Guest Assistant Supervisor and Assistant Front Office Manager or Front Office Manager.
Excellent communication in English and Vietnamese (both spoken and written). To be able to use other languages is a plus
