About This Role
As Junior Project Manager Logistics, you will play a key role in managing and improving Lieferando's Logistics operations in Germany. You will be responsible for the operational and product management, performance tracking, and partner coordination necessary to deliver a reliable, scalable logistics operation.

You will support the execution of our logistics roadmap, ensure smooth day-to-day operations, and collaborate cross-functionally to drive continuous improvement. These are some of the key ingredients to the role:

Operations & Partner Management

• Support the day-to-day cooperation with logistics partners, including managing service levels and resolving operational issues
• Track and analyze key logistics KPIs, identifying performance trends and supporting corrective actions where needed
• Act as a point of contact for internal stakeholders such as Customer Service, Finance, Legal, Procurement, Marketing, etc. to coordinate volume forecasts and service needs
• Manage operational escalations and support incident resolution, including preventative action planning

Product Delivery

• Help define and manage the Product Roadmap delivery for Logistics in Germany
• Support Product Managers in delivering improvements to our operations & partner processes
• Organise and prepare documentation and Q&A for internal and external stakeholder presentation and approval
• Monitor success & KPI trends and follow up on continued development

Support Strategic & Commercial Initiatives

• Assist in the preparation of materials for commercial discussions with existing and prospective external vendors
• Contribute to the development of regional and partner roadmaps, including financial impact assessments and support for internal alignment
• Participate in process optimization efforts related to forecasting, technology deployment, and partner enablement
• Support the gathering of market intelligence and benchmarking of best practices, in collaboration with various stakeholders

Reporting & Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Coordinate and prepare regular performance reports and dashboards (e.g. MBRs), working closely with Data and Analytics teams
• Support cross-functional alignment with Customer Service, Finance, Procurement, Legal, and Product & Tech teams
• Assist with internal stakeholder communications, including preparing presentations and documentation for senior audiences
• Contribute to the project management of logistics expansions or partner onboarding effort

What will you bring to the table?

• Professional experience in operations, logistics or a related field
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to work with KPIs and performance data to inform decisions
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments
• Detail-oriented, structured, and proactive in driving tasks forward
• Experience working with external partners or vendors is a strong plus
• Experience working in the product management space is a strong plus
• Comfort working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, ideally within tech, e-commerce, or delivery platforms
• Fluent in German and English
