Responsibilities
  • Develop existing as well as new skill/ capability building programs aligned with functional requirements, to support/ change/ improve skill sets and behaviors within the area of quality and process excellence
  • Oversee training material and suggest and implement improvements, always aligned with the business strategy and functional needs
  • Assist in evaluating organizational capabilities and identify training needs
  • Maintain and update the curriculum database
  • Act as project manager on select initiatives/ projects, and collaborate with stakeholders across the global organization
  • Participate in organizing and executing roll out of trainings either online/ virtually or on-site
  • Report on training program effectiveness and impact, and suggest improvements to ensure quality and relevance
  • Help ensure anchoring of concepts and methodologies in Areas and Regions
  • Act as a business partner to challenge, support and help develop staff involved in or exposed to the world of process excellence to correctly apply "best practice" tools as part of daily business operations
  • Support the execution of best practice solutions across all Regions and Areas to ensure maximum adherence to and impact of initiatives 
  • Help establishing a customer centric culture across the global organization to be able to more efficiently and effectively serve our customers and provide world-class experiences
Qualifications
  • University degree in business administration, HR, communications, education, or a relevant functional discipline - added with equivalent professional experience
  • Solid Project Management experience (ideally certified practitioner)
  • Several years of professional experience in training, capability building, or people development, ideally with exposure to mentioned functional areas
  • Experience in concept deployment, and especially in the field of Operating Models, Standard Work and Visual Management concepts
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills with a strong stakeholder/ audience orientation
  • Ability to interact with international, cross-functional, and intercultural teams at different organizational levels
  • Fluent in English (oral and written); additional languages are considered a plus
  • Travelling, as deemed necessary, for approx days per year
