Digital Identity Manager
Location: German wide
Our client is seeking a Senior Cybersecurity Professional to shape digital identity strategies and solutions. This position involves both strategic and technical leadership within cybersecurity, with a focus on identity and access management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver projects in digital identity, including IAM, PAM, MFA, and CIAM.
- Design and implement customized security strategies.
- Advise senior stakeholders on identity and access security topics.
- Oversee best practices, standards, and awareness initiatives.
- Expand solution offerings and contribute to service development.
- Conduct risk assessments and identify mitigation measures.
- Support business development and maintain client relationships.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in digital identity and cybersecurity (IAM, PAM, MFA, CIAM).
- Strong leadership in managing projects and teams.
- Familiarity with relevant security regulations and standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST, DORA).
- Experience with leading identity technologies (e.g., Microsoft, Okta, CyberArk, SailPoint).
- Strong communication skills, able to engage both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Relevant degree or equivalent experience in IT, cybersecurity, or related fields.
