About the Team

The LIVE Operations team is obsessed with everything to do with TikTok LIVE. Our focus is to continually champion and optimize TikTok LIVE through working with creators to ensure a creative, fun and safe space for all of our users.

The LIVE Operations team is looking for an enthusiastic Emerging Creator Operations Manager Intern to cover an employee's leave and help us grow the next generation of Top LIVE Creators. In this role, you will be working with beginner creators to incentivize them to grow and monetize more consistently through education, campaigns and promotions.

We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Project Operations Intern to join our TikTok LIVE team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys driving projects, and is eager to bring clarity and structure to cross-functional collaboration.

You will work closely with the team to support the design, execution, tracking, and review of internal and external projects, while also assisting with data collection and analysis to strengthen operational efficiency.

As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests.

Successful candidates must be able to commit to at least 3 months long internship period.

• Project Support: Actively contribute to end-to-end project delivery, including design, execution, progress tracking, and review, ensuring smooth cross-team collaboration and timely achievement of goals.
• Data Analysis: Assist in collecting, organizing, and processing project-related data, and conduct basic analysis to provide actionable insights.
• Process Optimization: Support the team by mapping workflows, identifying gaps, and proposing improvements to enhance efficiency.
• Knowledge Hub: Build and maintain a central repository of project resources (best practices, guidelines, SOPs, project cases) to ensure clarity and consistency across the team.
• Team Enablement: Act as an operational backbone by keeping meeting notes, action trackers, and follow-ups structured and documented.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Communications, Management, or a related field.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Basic skills in data collection, processing, and analysis; proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets.
• Excellent command of English; additional European languages are an advantage.
• Comfortable with PowerPoint and other common productivity tools.
• Passion for project management, the creator economy, livestreaming, or digital media.
