Role Description

The Data Processing Clerk is responsible for accurately managing, organizing, and maintaining digital and physical data to ensure smooth and efficient business operations. In this role, you will handle the entry, verification, and processing of information across databases and information systems. Your attention to detail, precision, and consistency will help maintain the integrity and reliability of critical data used across departments.

You will be tasked with reviewing incoming data for completeness, identifying and correcting errors, and ensuring that information is properly categorized and formatted according to established standards. The role involves working with a variety of documents, spreadsheets, and digital systems to input and validate data while ensuring timely updates and proper documentation. You will also support reporting activities by preparing summaries, exporting datasets, and assisting with periodic audits of data accuracy.

As a Data Processing Clerk, you will play a key role in supporting business functions that rely on clean, consistent data for reporting, analytics, and decision-making. You will collaborate with data management and administrative teams to troubleshoot discrepancies, optimize workflows, and uphold data governance policies. The position requires strong organizational skills, a commitment to confidentiality, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with focus and reliability.
